OST’s Wellness Initiative is comprised of three pillars of health: exercise, nutrition and lifestyle coaching and support with each.
Lifestyle Coaching: Our Healthy Lifestyle Course blends nutritional and exercise/activity information with real life strategies for implementation.
Lifestyle coach, Melanie Kahler, DPT, offers OST’s Healthy Lifestyle Course, designed for people who are committed to improve their nutrition, activity and lifestyle habits. The content is based on the Center for Disease Control’s (CDC) Diabetes Prevention Program (DPP). The course spans one year and provides training and, importantly, support for lifestyle change.
